product Advantages

Delactose treatment
Our milk protein powder uses enzymatic hydrolysis technology to reduce the lactose content to less than 0.5%, which is much lower than ordinary milk (about 4.8%) and some whey powder (about 1%-2%). This makes it less likely for people with lactose intolerance to experience discomfort such as bloating and diarrhea when supplementing protein.

Retain natural biological activity
During the processing of our milk protein powder, low-temperature spray drying is used to avoid high temperature damage to natural active ingredients such as immunoglobulin (IgG) and lactoferrin in the protein structure. The lactoferrin retained in every 100 grams of protein powder can reach 0.15 grams, and the immunoglobulin content is maintained at about 0.6 grams.

Good solubility
Our milk protein powder is treated with spray drying technology. During the drying process, the liquid protein is atomized into extremely small droplets and quickly evaporates to form micron-sized fine particles. This process effectively reduces the particle diameter, increases the contact area with water, and increases the dissolution rate to less than 30 seconds.

production process

Raw Material Preparation: Protein is first extracted from raw milk. Membrane processing techniques, such as ultrafiltration, are commonly used to separate water, fat, lactose, and minerals from the protein in milk.

Pretreatment: Raw milk needs to be preheated, centrifuged, and separated before entering the ultrafiltration equipment to remove impurities and ensure the purity of the milk solution.

Pasteurization: To eliminate harmful bacteria in milk, pasteurization is typically used. This process helps extend the product's shelf life.

Ultrafiltration Concentration: In ultrafiltration membrane equipment, by setting the appropriate concentration factor and controlling the system temperature, skim milk forms a concentrated solution. This step removes most of the lactose and minerals while retaining a high level of protein.

Drying: The concentrated liquid is preheated and then dried through a spray drying tower and fluidized bed to produce milk protein powder. During drying, moisture in the milk evaporates, forming a powdered protein product.

Packaging and Testing: Finally, the dried milk protein powder is packaged and undergoes quality control measures such as metal detection to ensure product safety and quality.
